02What We Offer

Blackroom Alpha is a private community providing educational content, market commentary, trade ideas, on-chain alerts, and discussion channels focused on cryptocurrency and memecoin trading. Access is granted through Discord after purchase via Whop. Related tools we publish, such as Blackroom Radar, are provided under these same terms.

03Not Financial Advice

Nothing shared within Blackroom Alpha (calls, alerts, discussions, or any content on this website) is financial, investment, or legal advice. Everything is for informational and educational purposes only. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

04Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or use our services. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
• Due Diligence: You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Always conduct your own research before acting on any information shared in the community.
• Compliance with Laws: You agree to follow all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any tax obligations related to your trading activity or membership fees.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your Discord and Whop account credentials secure. Do not share access with others.
• Content Respect: You agree not to share, redistribute, screenshot, or resell any content from Blackroom Alpha outside of the community without explicit written permission.
• Behavioral Standards: You agree not to engage in any behaviour that could harm Blackroom Alpha or its members, including sharing misleading information, promoting scams, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

05Payments & Subscriptions

Membership is available monthly or as a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Whop. Crypto payments are processed through MoonPay / Helio. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

• Monthly plans renew automatically each billing cycle
• You can cancel at any time through your Whop dashboard
• Access continues until the end of your paid period after cancellation
• Lifetime memberships are a one-time charge with no renewals

06Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how to submit a request.

07Discord & Third-Party Platforms

Access to Blackroom Alpha is primarily through Discord. By joining, you also agree to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Discord, Whop, MoonPay, or other third-party platforms that affect your access.

08Community Standards

We expect members to keep things respectful. The following are not allowed:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other members
• Sharing or promoting scams, rug pulls, or fraudulent projects
• Leaking or distributing Blackroom Alpha content outside the community
• Spamming, unsolicited self-promotion, or solicitation

Breaking these rules can result in immediate removal with no refund.

09Intellectual Property

All content created by Blackroom Alpha (trade ideas, alerts, tools, commentary, etc.) is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any of it without explicit written permission.

10Termination

We can terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violating these terms, without prior notice or refund. You're free to cancel at any time through Whop.

11Taxes

You're responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to your trading activity or membership fees in your jurisdiction. We don't provide tax advice.

12Privacy & Data

We collect only the personal data needed to operate the service. How we collect, use, and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data to third parties.

13No Warranties

Blackroom Alpha is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any content shared in the community. Markets are unpredictable and no outcome can be guaranteed.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackroom Alpha, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content shared within the community. Crypto trading carries substantial risk and isn't suitable for everyone. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify members of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
